Brilliant enchanting hotel with fab location to Marble Arch where we got on the hop on bus tour.

In general the service was brilliant. The room was warm, cool and complete with stable internet, radiators, for example. The breakfast was satisfactory, with a wide range of different options.

The room is reasonably priced. We were offered satisfactory English breakfast. The staff are cheerful people with an excellent manager and staff.

Nicely appointed and impeccably clean place offers delicious breakfast and convenient location in an amazing location so close to walk to everything. The staff are professional, managed the parking on site.

The rooms are neat and modest, the beds are nice.

The quadruple room with a tub, all the essentials, safe.

Fairly clean place with superbly friendly staff and lovely view to Sussex garden. Good choice of pastries, muesli, cereals, coffee, and croissants at breakfast. Simply no complaint, pleasant stay.

The stay here was fabulous on business trip. The breakfast was delicious and satisfactory by prior ordering, there were fresh muesli, cereal, croissants and cheese. I had a quadruple room included with comfy bed, coffee, for example. Cheerful staff was available all the time. Its location metres from Sussex Gardens Open Space was cosy. The hotel was in a quiet street, as I expected.

Everything there where good, including good facilities. Great service and outstanding and delicious breakfasts. The efficient check-in process too.

I really enjoyed having pastries, muesli, cereal, coffee and croissants as a choice for the English breakfast. I had neat, newly remodelled room with air conditioning, WiFi and coffee. The location was good and unbeatable for walking around Paddington. The hotel exceeded all expectations, I would stay here again.

The room was practical, the bed was very comfy, large bathroom.

Triple room with superb complimentary breakfast, had basic facilities we needed. The location was fab and pleasant, just off the leafy avenue of Sussex Gardens, hyde park, lancaster gate tube station, and Kensington Gardens. Spent a nice evening at Zonzo Restaurant, located just next door to the venue.
